This policy explains how Nawra Technologies (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information through our website and through the software we build and run for our business clients, including email and text messaging (SMS) features. We are located in Texas, USA.

Information we collect

• Information you give us, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and the message you write, when you contact us or use our services.
• Customer information our clients store in software we build for them, such as inquiries, appointments, orders, inventory and messages. Our clients control this information; we handle it on their behalf and on their instructions.
• Messages sent and received through our software, including emails and text messages, so they can be delivered, shown to our client’s team and kept as a record.
• Sign-in details. If a staff member or client signs in with Google, we receive their name and email address from Google to identify the account. We do not receive the Google password, and signing in does not give us access to Gmail, contacts or other Google data.
• Basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and the pages and times of visits, kept in standard server logs to keep the website working and secure.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through our website. Please do not put passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or health information in the contact form.

The contact form

Our contact form does not send your message to our servers. When you press Continue to email, we open a draft in Gmail or your email app, addressed to us. Nothing is sent to us until you press Send in your email. After that, your message is handled by your email provider under its own privacy policy, and we receive it like any other email.

How we use information

• To provide, run, support, secure and improve our services.
• To respond to inquiries and communicate about our services.
• To send and receive messages for our clients, such as replies to a customer’s question and reminders about appointments or reservations.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal requirements.

We do not use personal information for targeted advertising, we do not profile visitors, and we do not sell personal information.

Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information

Phone numbers are used only to contact people who reached out to the business or agreed to be contacted. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything. See our SMS Terms.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers that help us run our services, such as hosting, database, email, messaging and AI providers, under terms that limit their use to providing those services;
• with the business client the information belongs to;
• if required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect rights, safety and security; and
• as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of the business, in which case the information stays protected by this policy.

AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence to draft replies or summaries. Information is sent to our AI provider only to produce those results. We do not use client information to train AI models, and we ask our providers not to use it to train theirs. Our clients can review AI-written messages before they are sent, and AI output can contain mistakes.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to run the website and keep staff sign-in secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services to the client it belongs to, to meet legal, tax and accounting duties, and to resolve disputes. Contact-form emails are kept as ordinary business email. After that we delete or de-identify the information.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and limited access to client data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify the people and authorities that the law requires.

Your privacy rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or give you a copy. Texas residents have these rights under Texas privacy law, and we honor them for everyone who asks. We will not treat you differently for making a request. To make a request, email us at nawratechnologies@gmail.com. We may need to confirm who you are first. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our response, and you can also contact the Texas Attorney General. If your information is held by one of our business clients, we will pass your request to them and help them respond.

Do Not Track. Because we do not track visitors across other websites, we do not need to respond differently to Do Not Track signals.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through our website. Schools that use our software remain responsible for the student information they put in it and for meeting the laws that apply to them.

Links to other sites

Our website may link to other sites, such as Gmail. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will say so on our website.
